In both cases, the chat window had been open for about 10 minutes, and had about 50 lines of text. I haven't tried to reproduce it since, as that would involve chatting with a qvc rep for no reason. No extensions on this build. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.At the above URL, click "live help." 2.chat Actual Results: Firefox crashed when hitting submit. Expected Results: Chat text should have been submitted.
