It would be very convenient to have a speed-limiting feature implemented in the
Download Manager that would allow me to quickly limit speed for each download
specifically. Being on a network, sometimes I would prefer to download slower in
order to allow others to continue using the Internet without much degration of
speed, so this feature would be very helpful.
