244144 - Missing "HTML" link in Navigator help

Two minor things, fallouts from bug #236942.

1. In Contents | Browsing the Web | Improving Speed and Efficiency | Making
Mozilla Your Default Browser, the list of "Internet Document and Language
Files:" is not complete. A link to the glossary description of "HTML" is missing. 

2. The line
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/extensions/help/resources/locale/en-US/privacy_help.xhtml#102
contains some garbage characters. Should perhaps be an —?

Neil, do you have time to look at this? I couldn't help to rearrange the order
of the files to HTML, XHTML, XML, and XUL

Err, I was just trying to say that I changed "HTML, XML, XHTML, and XUL" 
to "HTML, XHTML, XML, and XUL".
