Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a page with a popup and see what happens
Actual Results:  
messed up chrome in popup window
only draggable from inside the window (see arrow)
OK button missing

Expected Results:  
It should be right

extra comment, if the popup comes up the second time the OK button is there.
In the bottom-right (Not bottom-center)

This only occurs with user.js setting
user_pref("privacy.popups.firstTime", true);

hrm, WFM on linux aviary CVS, the OK button is at the bottom right by standard
on a dialog, so that's expected.
