This seems to be a bug introduced in Mozilla 1.7 RC2, but I lack a reproducible
test case.  I have hit this bug several times since I upgraded yesterday.  I
find that when I open up a new window (mozilla window, or possibly even a
different application), the previous mozilla window remains in the foreground,
without focus.  Minimizing the offending/obscuring window fixes the focus
switching issues.  

If I can figure out a reproducible sequence, I will post it.

This is still a bug that I see in the latest stable 1.0 release.
