Created attachment 149068 [details] [diff] [review] partial fix this fixes the default theme to match the pinstripe behavior on OS X. Now the text looks completely black (Email label + address). When you hover over it the whole thing turns blue to look like a link. I'm not sure if it is better with this patch or the old way. Properly making the labels not part of the link turned out to be a big deal. Probably a couple day's of XUL hacking to change how we render address book cards. That's more time than I care to spend on something as minor as this right now.
Hmm... from your description I think the old way would be better. It's ugly, but at least it lets users know at a glance that there is some kind of a link there.
:( I'll put it targeted for 1.0 but I doubt anything happens on that front before th end of the summer.
