.css is inaccessible from 1 .7 RC1
I tried accessing the mathml.css stylesheet from Mozilla 1.7 RC1, using the following: <?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="resource:///res/mathml.css"?> This used to work in Mozilla. If there's a new URL for it, I don't know what it is. Marking as UNCONFIRMED for now, for two reasons: (1) I may have a bad URL. (2) This has not been tested in a recent nightly. If someone can confirm this, I'd really like to get this fixed for 1.7 (blocking1.7?)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040421 Steps to reproduce: (1) Open Mozilla on Windows, after installing (not unzipping) (2) resource:///res/mathml.css Expected results: A CSS stylesheet appears. Actual results: HTTP 404 alert.
This works with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040418 Firefox/0.8.0+ which means you got the URL right at least :)
Not necessarily correct, though... http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/netwerk/protocol/res/src/nsResProtocolHa ndler.cpp#162 I did see a resource:///gre/res/mathml.css reference in http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/layout/mathml/content/src/mathml- css.pl#15
I'm not at my computer now, but I remember not seeing a gre directory when I called up the resource:/// URL... maybe that's why I didn't check it. If so, this bug is INVALID and there should be another bug on file for inserting a gre subtree into the tree view of resource:///.
Note bug 179384.
Correction, bug 179834 (sorry for the spam)
The new correct URL is resource://gre/res/mathml.css This URL works correctly whether or not you are actually using a GRE.

Yeah, I figured that out after I went back to my machine yesterday. Sorry about that, everyone.
