I'd like to sign in securely on ebay Germany (SSL), but the only thing I get is
the following error message:
"Error establishing an encrypted connection to scqi.ebay.de.
 Error Code: -5990."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla(Browser)
2. Open website http://ebay.de
3. Click on link "Einloggen" (top row)
4. Click on link "Sicheres Einloggen (SSL)" (below button "Einloggen >")
5. Wait for alert message windows to appear

Actual Results:  
A popup warning message appears, saying:
"Error establishing an encrypted connection to scqi.ebay.de.
 Error Code: -5990."
or in German:
"Sie können nicht mit scqi.ebay.de verbinden, weil ein unbekannter SSL-Fehler
aufgetreten ist (-5990)"

Then, a timeout message shows up.


Expected Results:  
render the ssl-encypted page

disable OSCp in the preferences if you are behind a proxy or a firewall.
