with 2000011908, with win98,NT: 1.load a site with frames(any will do) result: frames are badly rendered, extending either partially across the space or not at all. They are not resizable.

I tried visiting numerous pages with framesets using today's build and all of them displayed more or less correctly. Also, resizing worked. The test URL is invalid. Closing this one out as WORKSFORME. If you would like to reopen the bug, please include a specific testcase (or valid URL) that shows the behaviour. Thanks!
