at the beginning of shockwave installation (Windows XP, Netscape 7.1) is
appeared the warning message: we have detected that you have one or more browser
is running. Please, close them before click OK. I checked that no one procces
correlating with Netscape is not running at this moment. It is not possible to
continue with installation.

1. run installer for shockwave

Actual Results:  
appeared the warning message, that i wrote above

Expected Results:  
to install shockwave

Perhaps you are running Mozilla or Firefox. Bugzilla.mozilla.org is only for
bugs in Mozilla.org products, not for Netscape, except you can reproduce it with
Mozilla or Firefox.

2. Close all browsers and run the installer ...

You´ve got to disable Quickstart, if you really want to stop the browser.

You can use Firefox besides Netscape. If you want to use Mozilla suite, you´must
create an own profile for Mozilla, can´t run it sametime with Netscape, and
should start each one with its own profile. You can´t use Mozilla Mail to access
a Netscape Email Address.
