244791 - Update Version Number to 0.9 on branch

Version number needs to transition to 0.9. We must not do this until just before
we ship 0.9 to prevent confusion.

Version number is still incorrect in official 0.9 release.  In help --> about
the version displayed at the top of the window shows 0.9, but below it still
says 0.8.  More specifically, "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.8".

The post-0.9 nightly builds still show 0.8.0+ as version number, which may lead
to a lot of bug reports. It should be changed to something like 0.9.1+.
As this refers to the 0.9 branch, is this the appropiate place for this report
or another bug should be filled for it?
