The questions about "why do I have to log in again every time I access another
page?" are questions a user or sysadmin would ask, not something your
"pointy-haired boss" would ask.  They should either be in the General section at
the top, or in the Usage section near the bottom.

Or in another section altogether. :)

Marking this one as dependent on bug 267873, because it will be fixed as part 
of that re-write. When that one's closed, this one will be done.
