bookmark tooltip needs to show URL of link instead to name of link. The tooltip
also isn't responsive . It's slow.

For the bookmarks in the Personal Toolbar it works in FF 0.8 and Seamonkey. In
the  Bookmark Manager tooltips are only shown if the column is not wide enough
and only for the current column (name or URL).
Summary: bookmark tooltip needs to show URL → bookmark tooltip needs to show URL
This is probably a dup of 237592, and I would recommend that discussion
is taken there or one of the (many) other open bookmark bugs!
