When theme that has black backgrounds with white text, the submenu arrow in many
menuitems don't respect system colours and are thus black on black.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set display preferences to have all black backgrounds and all white text.
2. Select View->Show/Hide

Actual Results:
submenu arrow invisible.

Expected Results:
submenu arrow respecting system colours.
> Steps to Reproduce:

Sorry, should be View->Toolbars, View->SideBar, etc.

Summary: Black submenu arrow in menus (e.g. View->Show/Hide) → Black submenu arrow in menus (e.g. View->Toolbars)
yeah, that's a black .png iirc, which makes fixing this slightly harder. Also
happens on windows.
OS: Linux → All
Hardware: PC → All
Could this just switch between a black .png and a white .png depending on the
luminance of the theme background?
We should make Mozilla/Firfox obey Windows/Gnome Theme color setting, not to use
a fixed gif. Bug 174740 is similar to this bug.
