Fixed an outdated link for offline extension.
Noted a few other projects started similar to first
and fixed a typo 'familiar with out XUL' to 'familiar with our XUL'

Reporter (Jim), can you use the Edit this Page link on the bottom of the page
to create a patch? Your file contains too many formatting changes for .diff to
be useful
