Summary: Progress meter remnant remains after doing a Compact Folder.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Go to the Trash folder
2.  File | Empty Trash (you don't have to have any messages in there)
3.  File | Compact Folders

Expected Results:

No progress meter remains

Actual Results:

A remnant of the progress meter remains.

I'm running Cyrus IMAP4 v2.0.12 with:
P4 IMAP4rev1 ACL QUOTA LITERAL+ NAMESPACE UIDPLUS ID NO_ATOMIC_RENAME UNSELECT
MULTIAPPEND SORT THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES IDLE STARTTLS AUTH=GSSAPI

in case that matters.  I can't reproduce this bug all the time, but when I can,
those are the steps ;-)

No longer seeing this with build 2004-07-19-08 (but actually for a few days now,
I've just been lazy in reporting back).
