The pop-up list of SELECT displayed on the strange place.
When a SELECT element is in the bottom of a screen, a pop-up list is displayed
on a strange place.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open URL
2. It scrolls so that a SELECT element may become the bottom of a screen like
the attached picture.
3. click SELECT element

i believe this is a dupe of another bug we have with selects, the root cause is
a bug that i've filed with apple.
