As I require Bugzilla was sent Change Password notice, but I have not received
Change Password to alter the notice .
After I fill in Bug Report, Bugzilla has not notified the relevant user with
Email either , there is new Bug Report in the Bugzilla.

Oddly enough, it appears to be working again, as of right now. But there was a 7
hour period when I didn't get any bugmail, which seems rather longer than normal.

I follow bugzilla installed guide and installed Buzilla 2.16.5 version in my PC
, but my Bugzilla system E-Mail Notifications function  is unable to send any
about bug 's report notifications.

Mail works.  It's been tested to death.  This is a tech support issue, not a
bug.  Please see http://www.bugzilla.org/discussion.html for places you can get
help.
