Cannot drop bookmark to empty folder in Bookmarks Manager.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a "New Folder" on Personal toolbar.
2. Click "Open in New Window" at contexttmenu on "New Folder".
3. Open Bookmark Manager, "New Folder" is empty.
4. Drag bookmark from Personal toolbar to "New Folder" on Bookmark Manager.
Actual Results:
5. Can not drop bookmark.
Expected Results:
5. Can drop bookmark.
if "New Folder" is not empty.
3-1. Drag bookmark from Personal toolbar to "New Folder" on Personal toolbar.
4. Drag bookmark from Personal toolbar to "New Folder" on Bookmarks Manager.
5. can drop bookmark.
Confirming with Mozilla trunk build 2004060208 on WinNT4.
Note, that if you can only drop a bookmark in the extra BM window if you are
over the lines of existing bookmarks. If the mouse cursor is over "empty" areas
of the extra window, the cursur is a stop symbol and you can't drop it. Weird.
Looks similiar to Bug 94784. At least there should be a dependency I think.
looks like a combination of bug 127479 and bug 94784
