Happens even when the button is the only contents of a link; verified in firefox 0.8. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: <a><button>Notice</button></a> the pixels to the left and right with XP default theme Actual Results: Two pixels of underline are visible next to the button. Expected Results: Underline should not be visible, or should be present only under the text on the button itself.
