while looking at a line height problem, I noticed the fonts on this page display bold when they should not. cc'ing rickg in case it has anything to do with the parser.
I've reviewed page side by side with nav -- and here's what I've seen. The fonts look correct, but the point sizes look too large by 1 pt. There is also too much vertical whitespace between lines, which Buster say's he's looking into. The rest is pretty much ok.

It's Nav4.x that ignores <B> in some places, for exampe the date in the upper right corner (see testcase). IE5 and Mozilla correctly renders it in bold. I think line-height and font-size problems are handled in other bug reports. Marking WORKSFORME.
