Mac 2000-01-20-08-M13 .mozilla-mac-M13.sea.bin build:

Cannot see "News" message displaying After undo from deleting posted news msg

1) Select one news message.
2) Delete that news message.
3) Edit|Undo 
4) Saw that news message header displayed on the thread pane
5) Select that News message and trying to see the message is back.
6) Actually Results: It keep loading.....and afterward...display an error:
   "A News (NNTP) error occurred: No such article"

Expected Results: After undo the deleted news message,should display successfully 
without this error message.

Reassign to sspitzer, cc hangas. Seems like cancelling news articles should not
be undo-able, since we can't undo the NNTP cancel.

Then, the Undo should be disable when users trying to undo the deleted posted

clearing milestone, m17 and m18 are meaningless now.  these need to be triages
along with the rest.

This bug has not been touched since 2000-12-22, therefore this reminder.

Reporter can you please retest with a current mozilla build and se if this is
still a problem or this bug report can be closed.

btw. Works for em mozilla 1.0.1 in linux (I cannot undo a news message delete)

Using FizzillaMach/2003-04-11-08-trunk, Undo Delete Message is active on *every*
news message, which is obviously wrong.

That's not really the problem being described here. However, choosing Undo
Delete Message after cancelling a news post doesn't have the result described in
comment 0, so I think this should be resolved INVALID in favor my new Bug 201921
about the useless Undo menu item for news messages.
