Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; .NET CLR 1.0.3705) Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.6 I installed Mozilla 1.6 on my machine, using the CD that I bought from Mozilla. When I use help, it goes as far as subjects, but when I click on a subject, the hourglass doesn't go away. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Help 2. Help contents 3. Click on a subject Actual Results: Hourglass doesn't go away. NO help returned. Expected Results: Provided the help. CD was installed using Typical Instalation.
Reporter: Do you have to click a sub-topic in the Help TOC or can you click on "Navigating the Web" and it gives the hourglass? Also, does this happen with the index or the glossary?
