Filters are great thing to have and once done, it makes ur life really easy
But I am the one who frequently evaluates different different OS and keep on
migrating between them. And it is really becoming a pain to setup all those
complex filters again, and they hardly work as there is such complexity here
like who will come first, etc, etc., Thus killing the time of users

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:
Will be good to Import/Export filters to a external file, like we do in case of
addressbook.
Or it will be good to have a import/export, where you can make a common XML
file, and on dialog u can give users options what what he wants to save, like,
Addressbook, Preferences, Message filters, etc
This will really make life really easy.
Filters actually *are* in a separate file: msgFilterRules.dat
There's one of these in each account's root directory.
