This is a bug that Camino and Firefox both display. They will not handle .chtml
files in browser. Instead of displaying them, they download them to disk. Even
opening these .chtml files from a local disk, they still won't be displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try and view any website using .chtml extension
2.
3.

Actual Results:
FireFox/Camino download the link automatically to disk without displaying the page.

Expected Results:
Display the webpage
