closing a tab should focus the last viewed tab and not the next to it.

Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Actual Results: Currently, if I close a tab, the tab right to it (or left to it, if the closed tab was the last to the right) is opened. Expected Results: The tab viewed last should be opened. this behaviour is known form the windows: if you close one window, the last viewed one is focussed.
