Under Mozilla 1.4 Preferences/Privacy & Security/Images, the 'Animated images
should loop' option is grayed out so that it is unavailable for modifying the
defaulted choice of 'Once'.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In browser window, select Edit
2. Select Preferences
3. Select Privacy & Security
4. Select Images and view the menu options

Actual Results:  
In the menu, 'Animated images should loop' options are grayed out

Expected Results:  
The options should be available for changing the selection if desired
