Extension manager provides the options for the focused extension when you click
ANY 'check mark', not providing the options for the actual check mark that you
clicked

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Extension Manager.

Focus an extension.
Click the Checkbox for that extension. It works, see?
Now without changing focus, click the checkbox for another extension. It pulls
up the info for the focused extension, NOT for the extension that contains that
checkbox. Same follows for the 'homepage' marker


Expected Results:  
Opened up the appropriate check box (or just do nothing, i.e. extension must be
focused to have options set)

Same thing here! Was going to file a bug but found yours.
