User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040608 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040608 Firefox/0.8 When I first access Firefox, an empty sidebar exists. This sidebar has no title and a non-functional 'x' button. The 'x' button does nothing and I cannot close this sidebar directly. I can close it if I first activate another sidebar, history or bookmarks, and then close that sidebar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open browser. Actual Results: 1. Look at unclosable, empty sidebar. Expected Results: No sidebar at all should be open when I open the browser.
I seem to have the same problem. On my home laptop and on my work pc exactly the same problem as mentioned above. After an new install, former install was Firefox 0.8 NL version
Extra note: The new install was Firefox 0.9 ( see message above )
Is this still an issue?
