I'm attaching a snapshot of the problem web page, since the link might change.
1. Scroll down to the bottom, and find the login/password fields.
2. In Firefox 0.9rc, these span two lines in an ugly way.
In Moz 1.6, they take 1 line, in a reasonable way.
IE 5.5 breaks in a similar way to Firefox.
It might be a broken page, though I don't immediately see what's wrong. (not a
web developer) It validates fine, but feel free to close the bug if the mistake
is on the site.

You mean this difference between 1.6 and 1.7?
I think Moz1.6 did handle this wrongly and 1.7 is finally handling it right.
So this would then be a website bug.

Yes, it's that difference. That was kind of dumb of me, in retrospect. Thanks!
Closing as invalid, gonna go pester the webmaster :)
