Click "Login" and it gives an error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web site
2. Click Login
3. See message

Actual Results:  
"The browser you are currently using may not support some of the features on the
eBill website.
You may continue or upgrade to a newer version of the browser you are currently
running.
 
To upgrade to a new version of IE click here
To continue with your current browser, please click here"

Expected Results:  
Allow use of the site.
