In the extension manager, if extension 1 is selected and I click the options
button (the checkmark) on extension 2, the options screen for extension 1 will
display. When that screen is dismissed, extension 2 will be selected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an extension with options.
2. Click the options button (the checkmark) of a different extension.

Actual Results:  
The extension I use with options is IE View. So I selected the IE view
extension, then clicked the checkmark in the DOM Inspector extension. The
options screen for IE View displayed. I clicked cancel, and then DOM Inspector
was selected.

Expected Results:  
Selected DOM Inspector and attempted to display the options for COM Inspector.
