IF you go to:
http://www.gemal.dk/browserspy/plugins.html
and press "Refresh plugins" at the buttom of the page, there is a "?" appended 
to the URL
Why? Is this a bug?

Using build 2000012008
This is normal (same as NS4) behaviour for forms. Any form parameters get
appended after the ? sign. Since your form doesn't have any parameters, all
that's appended is the ? sign.
