246406 - unable to open attachment in composed mail

When a message is composed and an attachment is added you cannot open it from
the mail composition dialog, only "delete","select all", "attach files" "attach
web pages" are the selectable options.

This would be useful for people being used to OE where you could check the
Attachments after the attach dialogue.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.compose mail
2.attach file
3.try to open file 

Actual Results:  
Standard menue "delete".....

Expected Results:  
an option "open"
