I'm not sure whether this is some sort of feature but when you use the arrow keys in the Edit > Preferences > Navigator > Home Page > Location bar the I-Beam seems to move two characters at a time. Expected: Move one character at a time. Result: Moves two characters at a time. Build ID: 2000012008 Linux
I don't see this bug any more (2000020108 WinNT 4 SP6).
I don't see this under Linux either (2000022108). Marking worksforme.
