I use Zone Alarm to "lock" the internet (ie, stop all traffic).   If I forget 
it is on, and load Mozilla, it naturally won't do anything.  

BUT THEN, when I disable the internet Lock and start Mozilla, it says the 
default user profile is in use and won't load.  I have to re-boot to get it to 
load. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn on ZA Internet Lock
2.Start Mozilla, then close it
3.Turn OFF ZA Internet Lock
4.Start Mozilla, profile won't load.
Actual Results:  
Re-booted.  Then ok.

Expected Results:  
Don't leave profile in use when closing Mozilla.
