0.9 branch installer still has "Launch Firefox 0.8 right now" at the final
installation dialog instead of "Launch Firefox 0.9 right now".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a Windows installer for a 0.9 branch build (Firefox 0.9 RC, for one).
2.Go through the installation (Standard or Custom is fine).

Actual Results:  
At the final dialog, there is a checkbox option that allows the user to "Launch
Firefox 0.8 right now" (meaning that Firefox would launch after the user presses
"Finish").

Expected Results:  
It should've stated "Launch Firefox 0.9 right now", going with the current syntax.
