make distclean deletes japanese map files

Details
"make distclean" deletes two *.map files in intl/uconv/ucvja. They are needed for compilation and should be preserved.

I think my declaration Architecture/Internationalization was wrong ... so changed it to Browser/All. rule config/rules.mk "distclean" deletes all *.map files, maybe because of the stray map files from some DOS/Windows linkers. Therefore, intl/uconv/ucvja should rename the two jis*.map files into something different, e.g. to jis*.mp.

rename jis02{08,12}.map to jis02{08,12}.ump and check in. Old file are removed.
