The text field in chatzilla doesn't get the standard inputBindings.xul bindings;
so arrow keys, emacs editing keys, etc. don't work there.  I'm not sure what's
different about the IRC window which causes these bindings not to be picked up.
I'll poke around and see if I can get any more info (might be related to the
many bugs filed on key event inconsistency in the browser window).

This is a really old bug.  Does anyone see this anymore?  It works for me on
Windows and Linux.
Input bindings work fine now in cz.  Marking as fixed.
