Details

I hide all the chatzilla panels except the main chat area and the text field,
since the other fields take up a lot of vertical space and don't tell me much
that's useful; but the window titlebar isn't being used for anything currently,
so it could show this sort of information.  Alternately, a one-line pane that
showed the topic would also be useful (and that way, URLs in the topic would be
clickable, which they wouldn't be in the titlebar).
Have a patch in my local tree, waiting to check in
