Firefox could be more stylised. I feel the present toolbars and tabs are a bit broader and wider. In the Navigation Toolbar there is much space left above and below the icons and address box. This could be reduced for a compact look. Also the toolbars may be allowed to float and dock. By this the user could pull them and dock them to the space left after the Help menu item in the Menu bar. [save a little bit space :) ]. Please consider this. Bug 135457 tracks the individual seamonkey bugs for this theming problem.
a "compact" design is not more usable. Some people do think they're better, but that's why we support theming. However, for the default theme we shouldn't go smaller. Fitts' Law applies here.
