Some of the text in the installer dialogues is not visible when running windows
with larger than default font sizes, or with wider than default fonts such as
verdana.

The overflow text gets hidden, rather than the containing block expanding to fit
the larger content.

Similar to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171454 [cust] Customize
toolbar windows is incorrectly sized when using larger fonts

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set windows fonts to larger than normal, or a wider font such as verdana
2. Run the installer


Actual Results:  
Some of the text in the dialogues is not visible

(in my case the title just says "Welcome to Mozilla" and there are a few dots
underneath that I assume say Firefox)

Expected Results:  
Pushed the content down to fit in the larger text, either stretch the window or
provide scrillbars if the content becomes to big to fit the window

Windows 2000 with default system fonts replaced by verdana, which is a wider
font, so easier to read - but does have some side effects!

Bug 225014 seems to be *very* similar to this bug, hence, I'm marking a dupe.

Bug 225014 is about the placement of the logo when the fonts are set to 136dpi,
this problem is some of the "Welcome to MOzilla Firefox" text not displaying
when a non-default font is used as the default font size of 96dpi.

I think it is more related to Bug 171454 [cust] Customize toolbar windows is
incorrectly sized when using larger fonts - it is just affecting the installer.
This bug is also present on my computer with my prefered font size.
