User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 0.8 has been remarkably satbele and works well - now you have produced 0.9, whilst I can log onto my bank, none of the options work at all. Also as a general comment - you have made your reporting procedure far too complex, putting off folk from reporting anomalies to you. KISS Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Log ont to the web site 2.Select any option 3. Actual Results: None of the options within the banking software work any more Expected Results: It should bring up the various options from within the software - it doesn't

Impossible to test this without a user ID and password as this is a banking site. Most of the menu buttons did not work but I suspect this is due to not signing in with a user name/password. Clicking HELP did provide a help pop-up.
Desmond, or really anyone else who can, could you please retest this with a more recent release, preferably a trunk build found in the dev section of mozilla.org? Thanks.
