I'm not sure why Ben Goodger is the default assignee of this component, but I
manage the Help Viewer, which includes the Help Viewer Documentation. I'm not
sure when this component was created, but I should be the default assignee. I've
already reassigned some bugs for that component to me and I'm not sure why this
was ever set to Ben.

I'd also like to note that I own every bug in that component (except for 1,
which was marked a duplicate).

Hixie: while you're fixing this bug, can you change the description for the
Firefox: Help Viewer component?

It currently says:

Use this component to report problems with the Mozilla Help Viewer in Firefox.
Examples: Clicking a Help menu item fails to open the appropriate Help file; a
Help document contains inaccurate information or typos; or Help Viewer features
missing or not functioning.
"

The "inaccurate information or typos" part now goes under Firefox: Help
Documentation. Could you remove that part real quick?
