I am using a Panasonic Toughbook CF-50 which uses synaptics touchpad software

* Load latest version of Firefox .9
* Goto www.bugzilla.org
* Attempting to scroll up and down using the far right side of the touchpad
doesn't work
* Attempting to scroll left and right using the bottom of the touchpad doesn't work

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load latest version of Firefox .9
2. Goto www.bugzilla.org
3. Attempting to scroll up and down using the far right side of the touchpad
doesn't work
4. Attempting to scroll left and right using the bottom of the touchpad doesn't work
Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Window should scroll up/down or left/right

This bug was also present in Firefox .8

It is the ONLY reason I continue to use IE on my laptop, and I'd like to stop
using that program for good.
