User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firefox 0.9 installer on Linux crashes with following message: Fatal error[-618]: Couldn't open xpistub library I used firefox-0.9-i686-linux-gtk2+xft-installer.tar.gz. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 0. su -l 1. cd /tmp 2. tar xzf firefox-0.9-i686-linux-gtk2+xft-installer.tar.gz 3. cd firefox-installer 4. ./firefox-installer Actual Results: Installer ends up with "Fatal error[-618]: Couldn't open xpistub library" and when press ok, it exists without installing firefox 0.9.
I have the same problem.
