Details

Build: from 2000-01-10-09-M13 to 2000-01-21-09-M13 1. From Win98/95, launch seamonkey. I used 1/10/00, but I suspect it doesn't matter 2. Open ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2000-01-21-09-M13/upd ate.html 3. Click Launch XPInstall button RESULT: Installation will start, but eventually your system will freeze somewhere during installation. Mouse pointer will move, but clicking on the Windows Start button or any other taskbar item will not do anything. After cancelling the task from the Task Manager, your partially updated build will not start. It will crash when you try to restart which doesn't surprise me since it is not fully updated. Note that the update is successful under Windows NT. EXPECTED RESULT: A graceful update with no system freeze.
