Was running Netscape 4.x. Attempting to run Netscape 6.x and mozilla 1.4 on
SunBlade with SunOS 5.8 (Solaris 8). Throwing Xwindows to SparcStation with
SunOS5.6 with 8-bit (=256 colors) monitor. This means that I see all things on
my 8-bit monitor. All images are grainy or pixilated. This includes the
back/forward/etc buttons and all the icons/buttons on the browser (it even
occurs on any popups like the profile wizard). Also, colors are wild like
bright red, lime green, blazing sunshine yellow! Netscape4.x has no such
problems. Mozilla 1.4 was downloaded as a pre-compiled "package" from
sun/netscape. I just iconized the window for 1.4 and see that the image on the
icon is grainy and multi-colored to the point where I cannot tell what it is
other than a triangle with something under one side of it.
NOTE: I just threw moz1.4 to a 16-bit display on a pc running x-win and colors
came out fine.

Actual Results:  
mozilla browser pops up with all icons/buttons/images looking grainy/fuzzy The
outline window (local gui window) and scroll bars are sharp. It also has strange
background colors, bright-red being predominant with the 'file edit view' line
being bright purple and the scroll bars and very bottom being lime green.

Expected Results:  
I expect a nice gray colored background or at least blue with SHARP looking
pictures and icons/buttons (like they appear in any image app or netscape 4.x)
