User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9

This works fine in Firefox 0.8 on the same configuration (Windows XP SP2 RC2).
In Windows. If you choose "Run" from the Start menu and enter a URL, then click
OK, then Firefox starts correctly *BUT* Windows gives an error. For example:

Windows cannot find 'www.google.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly,
and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
Search.

With Firefox 0.8, as with Internet Explorer, everything works as expected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Start menu
2. Select "Run"
3. Type "www.google.com" in the box
4. Click "OK"

Actual Results:
Windows gave the error:

Windows cannot find 'www.google.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly,
and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
Search.

Expected Results:
The error should not appear. This was working correctly in 0.8.

This is with a clean install of 0.9 on a Windows XP Service Pack 2 Release
Candidate 2 system. I do not have a non-Service Pack 2 system to test on.
