When a download hangs, and the download progress dialog is displayed, the url
for the download is displayed in a text box in the dialog, which should make it
easy to restart the download. However, although you can double click in the
text box, which will select a portion of text (e.g., between slashes), you are
prohibited from doing a drag select or cntrl-a (select all) to select the entire
url string. Also, the text box will not scroll, so the contents are not accessible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In preferences.downloads, choose "open a progress dialog".
2.Start a download from a slow or intermittment site.
3.Try to copy the url from the text box.
4.If the download coincidentally happens to hang, try "pausing" and restarting.
Once hung, this has no effect.

Actual Results:
The url is visible in the text box (if its a long url, not all of it is
visible), and it cannot be copied (or scrolled, if long), nor are there any
simple alternatives for restarting or recovering the download.

Expected Results:
a. allow copying of the full url from the text box.
b. provide a shortcut to retry or restart the hung download (for example, make
"pause" smarter).
c. provide a date field in the download manager that can be sorted on.
d. restart or redo the download if the url in the download manager is double
clicked.
e. offer to copy the url in the right click context menu in the download manager.

The nominal purpose of selecting the link is to use it to restart the hung file
transfer. Recognizing that such hangs can happen, a shortcut (but not a
replacement) for this functionality would be a "restart" or "retry" button. Its
hard to reproduce because you need a very long download during which you can
"play" with the displayed text box. Most file transfers don't hang, so you have
a small window of opportunity.

Note that the download manager panel will contain the url, but it sorted by site
name, not date, so its difficult to find (though sorting by "status" - cancelled
- helps). But the url in the download manager cannot be copied, and double
clicking on the entry in the download manager does not retry the download (when
canceled, none of the right click options are available except "remove from list").
I classified this as minor. There is not an easy workaround, but the
liklihoodof the problem being encountered is low (when a transfer hangs).
